Wheelchairs Plus is proud to announce our continued growth thanks to the loyalty of the Grand Rapids community!  We have moved to a new location at 502 SE 10th Street, just west of the Airport Road Turnabout.  This location offers our customers new conveniences and a safe private parking lot.
 
Since our beginnings in 1976 when Chris and Dick Schedin began the business as a result of their own son's special needs, the locations have changed as the business grew.  It began in their own garage, to eventually leasing an office in La Prairie and then in Grand Rapids.  With the spirit of entrepreneurship, and the retention of the best team members any company could hope for in a staff, Wheelchairs Plus has been able to set a benchmark for Complex Rehab Products, Medical Equipment and Customer Service throughout the regions of Northern and Central Minnesota.  Therefore, Wheelchairs Plus has now been able to invest itself as property owners in the city of Grand Rapids.  We invite you, our neighbors, to stop by and view the variety of medical products that are available for rentals or sales, and wish to thank you for your support in keeping local businesses strong.
